What Is Mediation?

Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution. It acts as a way to resolve conflict between parties without the need to go to court. It is a structured and interactive process where a neutral and impartial mediator will assist conflicting participants to find their resolution through the use of specialised communication and negotiation techniques.
