Workplace Dispute Mediation

Workplace Dispute Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that can be used to resolve a workplace conflict. In fact, Workplace Dispute Mediation is increasingly being adopted by many organisations as a less formal way to resolve a conflict at work outside of a company's standard policies and procedures.

Hanover Mediation will provide a safe and neutral environment for parties to share their concerns and desires whilst they are encouraged to work towards a solution that suits all those involved.

During the mediation, our mediator will meet privately with each participant to discuss the problem confidentially. We will create a space in which you feel comfortable discussing the conflict in detail.

We will then meet collectively and will encourage clear, honest and direct discussion between all parties present as we work towards a resolution for all.

There are a number of reasons why a dispute may arise at the workplace. Hanover Mediation can assist with all Workplace Disputes including;

  • Employee grievances
  • Managerial decisions
  • Employee dissatisfaction
  • Pay
  • Contractual terms
  • Relationship breakdown
  • Bullying / harrassment

All of our Workplace Dispute Mediators are trained and accredited.
