How Long Does Commercial Dispute Mediation Take?
 

Commercial Dispute Mediation should not normally be a long process as we strive to resolve the dispute within a single collective session if possible. However this does vary on a case by case basis.

Usually the most amount of time is spent getting both parties to agree to Commercial Dispute Mediation in the first place and for a mediation date to be chosen that suits all parties involved.
